Customer Service Representative (Logistics)

Are you detail-oriented and customer-focused? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play a key role in ensuring smooth freight operations!


🕗 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💵 Pay: $22/hour | Weekly Pay


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule deliveries and pickups promptly and accurately
  • Trace shipments and resolve issues that arise during the day
  • Communicate with customers about delays, accessorial charges, and freight status
  • Perform timely and complete data entry
  • Accurately enter customer orders into our system
  • Monitor driver delivery and pickup performance to ensure on-time service
  • Prepare and maintain tracking and performance reports
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge base of all customer accounts


Work Experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in transportation or logistics preferred
