  • $15.00-$17.00/ hr based on experience
  • 6:30am-5:00pm Monday-Thursday

What you'll do as: Data Entry


  • Inputting data: Entering new information into database systems
  • Creating and managing spreadsheets: Organizing data into spreadsheets
  • Updating records: Regularly updating existing records in the database
  • Producing reports: Generating reports from the data
  • Retrieving data: Retrieving data as requested
  • Backing up and securing data: Performing regular database backups and security activities
  • Documenting and organizing: Documenting, organizing, and storing relevant documents
  • Cleaning and formatting data: Sorting and formatting data to make it more accessible and understandable
  • Copying and pasting: Repetitive tasks like copying data from one source to another, such as from websites to Exce


Work Experience

Preferred Candidate Might Have the following skills to be successful as a data entry clerk:


  • Communication- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as they may need to transcribe data from audio or video files
  • Typing speed- Fast typing is essential to meet deadlines and convert large amounts of information into the required form
  • Attention to detail- Being able to accurately and efficiently enter data, as errors can have serious consequences
  • Time management- Being able to plan and complete a large amount of work within a time limit
  • Familiarity with computer software- Having a basic understanding of spreadsheet applications, word processing, and database software
