Overview:
We are seeking reliable, hardworking General Laborers to join our team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. This position requires consistent lifting of 35–50 lbs, working in high-temperature conditions, and mandatory overtime, and extended shifts as needed.
This role starts at 19.19/hr and up depending on experience.
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading/unloading, material handling, and site cleanup
- Consistently lift, carry, and move materials weighing 35–50 lbs throughout the shift
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production or construction teams as needed
- Work in hot, non-climate-controlled environments
- Be available for mandatory overtime and extended shifts
Skills and Experience:
1–2 years of relevant general labor or physically demanding work experience
Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Comfortable working in hot and potentially dusty environments
Must be dependable with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Willingness to work overtime on short notice
