Onin Staffing is looking for an Industrial Controller to join a manufacturing company in the Bessemer area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Direct and manage all Finance and Accounting functions.
• Implement and monitor financial controls.
• Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies.
• Maintain effective internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procedures, reporting requirements, and local statutory/legal regulations.
• Conduct financial planning and analysis.
• Oversee an effective and timely inventory management program.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, flexibility, and an open-minded approach.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to collaborate closely with production, sales/quoting, materials, and customer service teams.
• Skilled in quickly identifying and resolving issues.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of information and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in manufacturing cost accounting.
• Supervisory experience in accounting, accounts payable, and cost accounting.
• Capability to meet the physical requirements specific to the role.
