1. 3-5 years of experience in injection molding, robotics operation, troubleshooting, and mold temperature controller operations in automotive manufacturing.
2. Knowledge of injection molding terminology and common components of molding machines.
3. Familiarity with molding defects and hot runner systems.
4. Analyze molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment to identify causes of non-conforming material.
5. Assist with mold changeovers and complete paperwork accurately.
6. Strong communication skills.

Work Experience
1. Follow the Quality Management System, including IATF16949 certification.
2. Strategize solutions for molding defects.
3. Seek ways to enhance and promote quality.
4. Notify QC of defects promptly.
5. Correct red tickets before restarting the machine.
- Required to walk, stand for long period of time, talk, and hear.
- Ability to use hands to pick up small parts, grip and feel product.
- Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
