Overview:

We're seeking a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and driving business growth through proactive outreach. If you're a self-starter with a passion for sales and a knack for organization, we want to hear from you!

Position will be hourly while working with Onion Staffing, once converted commission will take place. 

Skills and Experience:

 Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation:
Attend local expos, make cold calls, and engage prospects via email and social media.
• Business Development:
Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients across multiple channels.
• Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong connections with prospects and existing customers, guiding them from initial contact to meetings with Account Executives.
• Sales Presentation:
Schedule and coordinate face-to-face or video meetings and training sessions.
• Data Management:
Maintain accurate customer records, track outreach efforts, and prepare reports on sales performance.
• Territory Flexibility:
Optional coverage areas include New Mexico and Colorado.

Requirements
• Fluent 10-finger typist (without looking)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Preferred: Experience generating leads through local events and direct B2B efforts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills: document activity, schedule follow-ups, and track initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
