Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Linen Distribution Associate to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering, distributing, and managing linen inventory within healthcare facilities—helping to maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized environment for patients and staff.



Work Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute clean linens and collect soiled linens from designated facility areas
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure carts are fully stocked and rotated
  • Follow infection control and sanitation protocols at all times
  • Communicate with hospital staff and laundry teams for smooth deliveries and pick-ups
  • Safely operate carts, trolleys, and other transport equipment
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries and linen usage
  • Adhere to safety, quality control, and facility guidelines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in linen/laundry services or healthcare settings is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
