Ōnin Staffing is currently seeking skilled and dependable Machine Operators to join a growing production team at a leading plastic manufacturing facility in Chester, VA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth, great pay, and excellent benefits.



Work Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate injection molding or other plastic manufacturing machines
  • Load materials and remove finished parts
  • Conduct visual and manual inspections to ensure product quality
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify supervisors of any concerns
  • Maintain production logs and follow work instructions
  • Adhere to all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area

Required Skills:

  • Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
