• Adhere to all OSHA safety requirements as it relates to the duties or maintenance
• Must be able to operate all production machinery, able to handle all facets or repairs in the plant, and production equipment
• Install or repair pumps, motors, filler lines, plant equipment, belts
• Working with process pumps, pneumatic components and control systems, hydraulic components
• Repair various PLCs, drives and programming
• Perform Preventative and corrective maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide solutions and timeline for repairs
• Perform electrical tasks such as wiring motors, VFDs control panels, or other low and high voltage equipment
• Have Basic welding skills and willing to expand on these skills
• Must possess a good understanding of 480volt for repairs and replacements
• Assist in installation, operation, and maintenance of all new equipment
• Engage in root cause diagnosis, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Keep supervisors and management aware of any pending issues and status of installation or repairs
• Coordinate preventative maintenance tasks on key plant equipment and ensure completion of those tasks
• Perform ancillary facility maintenance and repairs necessary

• Minimum one years of experience performing mechanical duties in manufacturing or a similar environment
• Experience installing/repairing air pumps, PD pumps, pneumatic valves, gearboxes
• Ability to install and wire 100hp electric motors, limit switches, photoelectric sensors, VFDs
• Exhibit strong problem-solving aptitude
• Operate hand tools and power tools
• Basic Welding
• Able to perform mechanical and electrical repairs on production machines
• Able to read technical documents
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Experience in preventative maintenance on manufacturing machines
