Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to make an impact? We are is seeking skilled candidates to join us as Paint Line Master Hangers located at Mundelein, IL. Play a key role in ensuring top-tier paint application and smooth production flow as part of our dedicated team.


Pay Rate:

  • 1st Shift: $16.00/hour
  • 2nd Shift: $17.00/hour

What You'll Do:

  • Arrange and hang metal parts on racks or conveyors with precision to ensure optimal paint coverage.
  • Interpret and follow job travelers, part numbers, and work orders.
  • Maintain and inspect hangers and hooks, replacing worn or damaged ones as needed.
  • Work closely with paint line operators, loaders, and quality inspectors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
  • Support and mentor new team members when necessary.


Work Experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a paint line or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Basic reading and math skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
  • Adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
