Job Title: Production Associate
We are currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, specifically in the field of injection molding.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain injection molding machines to produce high-quality products
- Set up molds and ensure proper alignment and functionality
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and quality
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
