Job Description: Production Associate
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production processes' smooth and efficient operation.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and housing units in accordance with work instructions and engineering.
- Perform visual inspection of units for proper assembly, solder problems, and missing, reversed, or damaged components. May also perform a lot of sample inspections of finished products.
- Perform manual and automated tests on sub-assemblies and units as required in a test procedure
- Verify component and quantity accuracy of material used for work function being performed.
- Perform various tasks in the production line, including but not limited to assembly, packaging, and quality control.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality and identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Document production activities, including production counts, equipment usage, and any issues or concerns that arise.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Wire-wrap wire cable to electronic terminals, ensure, cut, and use electrical hand tools

Work Experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software and systems.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
