We are currently looking for dedicated and dependable Production Associate to join our team in a full-time, temp-to-hire capacity. In this position, you will be tasked with operating a range of machinery utilized in the manufacturing of plastic goods, such as filament, blown film, and straw lines. Your main objective will be to ensure effective, top-notch, and secure manufacturing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate multiple machines utilized in plastic product manufacturing
• Collaborate with packers to uphold production flow
• Monitor production lines and conduct regular quality assessments
• Maintain a tidy and safe work environment
• Assist with the packaging of final products as required
• Adhere to written and verbal instructions accurately
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Previous experience in machine operation is necessary
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding instructions
• Comfortable with working overtime, including weekends
