Job Description

Onin Staffing is seeking packers for a company located in the Decatur, AL area. The production tech is responsible for efficient packaging through proper quality control measures.


Shift Available:

  • 1st : (6:00 am until 4:30 pm) 10-hour shift M- TH. Overtime as needed. Pay $17.05
  • 2nd: (4:00 pm until 2:30 am) 10 hr Shift M-TH. Overtime as Needed. Pay $17.55

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock the line with cartons, shippers, and glue.

• Ensure that the line runs smoothly. Remove fallen cartons from the conveyor so that

obstructions don’t result. Shut down the cartoner and remove any cartons that may

become lodged.

• Inspect cartons at the end of the line by using NPC quality standards.



Work Experience
  • 1 year of packing experience
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Able to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, walk, bend kneel, twist, turn, and use of hands and fingers regularly.
