Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our Rogers location. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, proven management experience, excellent computer skills, and is available to work every Saturday. This is a high-impact role with competitive pay and a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed store sales goals by leading, motivating, and developing staff
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, and processing of stock
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through professional service
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and policy compliance
• Conduct employee performance reviews and identify training needs
• Address customer or staff concerns professionally
• Provide strategic ideas to increase store traffic and market share
• Serve as a role model of high performance and leadership
• Other managerial duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven success in a retail management role
• Strong sales background
• High-level computer proficiency
• Ability to work Saturdays (Sunday and one weekday off)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Able to pass a background and drug screening
• Forklift experience preferred
• Physically able to lift/push/pull 50–75 lbs regularly
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
