We are currently looking for a Staffing Recruiter to join our team at the Opelika Branch. Onin provides a competitive hourly wage of $17-$20 (depending on experience), monthly bonuses based on performance, and the opportunity for an annual bonus linked to productivity. Productivity is measured by the number of recruitment calls completed, interviews conducted, and job orders filled on a daily basis.

  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills and experience in handling high-volume calls efficiently.
  • Proven track record of achieving impressive performance numbers in previous work history, showcasing a results-driven approach.
  • Extensive customer service experience, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Solid recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish preferrable, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Proficient in using a CRM for recruiting purposes and experienced in utilizing various recruiting tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and others to streamline the recruitment process.
