We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers in a fast-paced construction tool manufacturing facility. This role involves assisting in various production processes, operating machinery, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring product quality. No prior experience is required—just a great attitude and a strong work ethic!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and packaging of construction tools
• Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Load and unload materials and products
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
• Support other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
