Job Summary:

Ōnin Staffing is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker for a well-established warehouse operation in Rogers, AR. This role is vital to ensuring accurate and timely shipment of outgoing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use RF scanners to pick and palletize customer orders
• Print and apply ASN labels with correct shipping info
• Move orders using pallet jacks and prepare for shipment with shrink-wrapping equipment
• Accurately stage orders in the warehouse according to customer
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Record pallet totals and assist with Bill of Lading documentation
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse order picking experience required
• Basic math and reading skills
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse equipment (training available)
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical labor, including standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Must work in a constant state of alertness for safety-sensitive tasks

Work Environment:

• Exposure to moderate noise, moving machinery, and fluctuating temperatures
• Must be able to work around hazardous materials and at heights as needed
