Job Summary:

Onin Staffing is seeking skilled and reliable Window Installers to join our team. As a Window Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation, repair, and replacement of residential and commercial windows. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and enjoy working with their hands in a team-oriented environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and prepare window openings for installation
  • Install various types of windows (vinyl, wood, aluminum, etc.)
  • Remove old windows and clean the work area
  • Ensure proper sealing and insulation of installed windows
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in window installation or general construction preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs)
  • Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
