Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter / Administrative Assistant to join our client's dynamic home healthcare team in Albuquerque. This vital role will support their operations by assisting with the recruitment of qualified healthcare professionals and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:Conduct initial phone screenings of healthcare worker applicants (CNAs, HHAs, Nurses, etc.).
  • Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with hiring managers.
  • Assist with candidate onboarding processes, including background checks and reference verification.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system/database.
  • Post job openings on various online platforms and job boards.
  • Administrative Support:Perform accurate and efficient data entry related to client and healthcare worker information.
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments for clients and healthcare workers.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Help maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy work environment.
  • Client & Healthcare Worker Interaction:Provide excellent customer service to both clients and healthcare workers.
  • Assist with inquiries and provide information in a helpful and professional manner.
  • Build positive relationships with candidates and employees.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role; recruitment experience is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
  • Highly self-motivated and a strong self-starter, capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy office environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, understanding the needs of both clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly home healthcare, is highly desirable but not required.
