Role Description

As we prepare to introduce our unique blend of Brazilian culinary traditions and festive dining experience to the Southwest, we are seeking a dynamic Restaurant BOH Manager and Head of Operations to lead our new venture and expand our brand in the area. The BOH Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including P&L management, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the customer service experience, budgeting, procurement and hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the standards of.
  • Manage daily operations and make strategic decisions to enhance profitability while maintaining the highest level of service.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and dedication.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive promotions and build a strong local presence.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.


Work Experience

Qualifications

  • 5 year minimum proven experience as a BOH Manager in a Brazilian (Churrascaria) Restaurant.
  • Responsible for providing effective training to team members and creating thorough and easy-to-understand manuals to ensure consistent operational standards.
  • P&L Management, Budgeting, and Hiring skills
  • Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the customer service experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry.
  • Certification in Restaurant Management is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
