Position: Liquid Blending Supervisor

Hours: Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)

Overview:

As the Liquid Blending Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of liquid blending processes, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and team performance. You'll lead and mentor a team while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily liquid blending operations and staff.
• Ensure all blending equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
• Oversee adherence to blending instructions, recipes, and production timelines.
• Monitor production quality and address any variances or deviations immediately.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Lab personnel for product testing and approvals.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to blending operators and warehouse staff.
• Schedule and delegate tasks to team members to meet production goals.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and oversee material handling operations.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize blending processes and workflows.
• Address and resolve equipment malfunctions in coordination with maintenance teams.
• Perform additional supervisory duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing/blending environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of liquid blending equipment and processes.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on quality and safety.
