We are seeking an experienced Flux Core MIG Welder to join our team. This role involves using both MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and Flux Core welding techniques to assemble and join metal components per specifications. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading blueprints, laying down consistent stringer beads, and performing high-quality welds in a safe, production-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG and flux core welding on various metal components
  • Lay down clean and consistent stringer beads
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements
  • Set up and operate welding machines and related tools
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure weld quality and structural integrity
  • Assemble metal structures or frames according to project specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of flux core and MIG welding experience (stringer bead proficiency required)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
  • Skilled in using welding tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Safety-conscious mindset

Pay: $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience (BOE)
