Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and position parts according to specifications.
• Secure parts using bolts, clips, screws, or other fastening methods.
• Cut products to specific measurements as needed.
• Identify and remove defective products.
• Operate machinery for force fitting or fastening operations.
• Adapt to various workstations based on production requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and floors following safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• No prior experience or education required!
• Prior carpentry experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to read a tape measure.
• Strong problem-solving skills for standardized situations.
• Availability for overtime as needed.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Continuous standing, walking, and use of hands.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs consistently, 50 lbs frequently, and 100 lbs occasionally.
• Exposure to moving machinery, airborne particles, and loud noise levels.
• Potential exposure to extreme cold, heat, electrical shock, and vibration.
• Required personal protective equipment including earplugs and eye protection.
