📍 Location: Faribault

🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (may run later based on truck schedules); one Saturday per month

Job Description:

The Warehouse Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. This role involves shipping, receiving, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate records of materials. The specialist ensures timely movement of goods, replenishes raw materials to production, and maintains a clean and organized warehouse environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and comfort operating a forklift and basic inventory software.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Ship and receive products according to department standards
  • Compile and log inbound/outbound shipment receipts
  • Coordinate receiving schedules and set dock appointments
  • Maintain accurate daily inventory of saleable products and raw materials
  • Perform routine cycle counts and recommend adjustments as needed
  • Replenish raw materials to the Packaging Department
  • Keep coolers, warehouses, and plant areas clean and organized
  • Assist in other manufacturing areas when required


Work Experience

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong basic math skills; ability to understand weights and measures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Forklift experience required
  • Experience in logistics coordination is a plus
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (to travel between plant and offsite warehouse)
  • Flexible to work extended hours or weekends as needed


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and reach for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
  • Work in environments with temperature fluctuations, moving mechanical parts, and moderate noise levels
