Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Lead Clinician in the Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) program at Behavioral Health Network! Lead Clinicians provide the preliminary screenings, Comprehensive Assessments, and Individual Action Plans for the DMH referrals. They work closely with the program staff to establish and maintain an environment that supports recovery, skill building, and greater independence for the people served by this program.

The Lead Clinician also provides individual and group treatment to the residents as well as support, consultation, and training to the program staff. They oversee some case management and receive regular clinical supervision. The Clinical Team Leader position is best suited for a clinician who is versatile, enjoys utilizing diverse skills, and thrives within a team structure.

Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) is a program that serves adults with mental health concerns.  ACCS is a multifaceted program which uses an integrated team model to perpetuate recovery and wellness for the individuals served.

Job Requirements

Lead Clinician at Behavioral Health Network's ACCS program have the following qualities:

  • Master’s degree in a related mental or behavioral health field (Social Work, Psychology, etc.) (required).
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts (required).
  • Experience with adults experiencing mental health challenges (required).
  • Valid driving license, clean driving record and dependable vehicle (required).
